Before joining Sphinx Capital, Carlos led high-performing teams across multiple industries, earning a reputation for his strategic mindset, process innovation, and commitment to excellence. This skillset means every transaction is handled with efficiency, transparency, and care.

Beyond his professional role, Carlos is passionate about exploring new places and creating meaningful experiences. He enjoys traveling, taking his RV out for camping adventures, and expressing his creativity through music and studio art. Whether on the road, in the studio, or at the office, Carlos brings the same curiosity, creativity, and drive that define his approach to leadership and life.

Lance Stukaloff

Lance Stukaloff founded Sphinx Capital after extensive experience in the real estate finance industry – starting with business development for two of the largest fintech lenders in the country. Along the way, Lance built a nationwide network of over 5,000 mortgage brokers, many of whom are still partners today. Lance lives in Sarasota, Florida and actively invests in his own projects across the country.

During the past 10 years in the finance industry he has arranged over $750M in equity and debt for real estate developments and investments worldwide. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics and entrepreneurship from Washington University in St. Louis.

Operations

Warren Stukaloff

He began his real estate career working as a summer intern for Realty Shares, a startup crowdfunding lending platform in San Francisco.

From there he spent a year as an accountant for a life insurance company before joining forces with Lance at Sphinx Capital.

Warren is a steady analytical wizard, able to quickly discern between potential landmine and goldmine scenarios.

Warren has a degree in Finance & Accounting from Montana State University.
